Your Help is Still Critical
Our hospitals have ongoing priority critical care needs
The work of our world-class critical care teams continues—and has never been more important. You can provide our local caregivers with the tools and resources they need to keep our loved ones safe and healthy
Last year, more than 5,000 community members came together to support It’s Critical. So far, more than 400 local patients’ lives have been changed by their generosity. This is the story of one of those patients: Godrun “Lulu” Fischer.

Well before the pandemic, we had heard of the importance of adding a High Acuity Unit to the Island. With the threat of COVID 19 came the opportunity to operationalize the project. It is highly powerful and rewarding to realize this important strategic priority in just over a year. Its impact will be felt well into the future.
