Caring Spirits: VGH Neurosciences
Congratulations to the Victoria General Hospital Neurosciences Department on receiving a Caring Spirit award! After seeing the outstanding care these medical professionals provided for their father, a grateful family decided to make a Caring Spirit donation to support new medical equipment for VGH Neurosciences.
Victoria General Hospital is Vancouver Island’s Neurosciences Centre for treatment of brain and spine conditions such as trauma, epilepsy, tumors, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease. Because of the intricacy of the brain and spine, these caregivers require sophisticated equipment as they perform hundreds of complicated procedures every year. Generous donations like this Caring Spirit gift make a huge contribution towards helping keep VGH Neurosciences on the leading edge of patient care.
