Working with you
Every year, we consult with Island Health employees to determine medical equipment needs in every area of care at our hospitals. We also work with you during our fundraising campaigns to share your real and authentic stories, and experiences you have with patients in our community. Through your day-to-day experience in our hospitals, and your advocacy for healthcare, you help transform an otherwise abstract appeal into a very grounded and human story — and this is the moment when giving happens, that instant when the heart and mind are mutually engaged. Thank you for so generously lending your name and voice toward continuing and improving this legacy of care.
Payday Lotto
Exclusive to Island Health employees, the Payday Lotto is a great way to support your hospitals! Every two weeks, half of the jackpot goes to an Island Health employee and the other half goes towards the purchase of priority medical equipment for our hospitals.
Employee Giving
As an Island Health employee, you may choose to dedicate a portion of your paycheque towards the funding of critically needed equipment. We encourage you to designate your gift to an area of care that is important to you.
