How do I edit my fundraising page?
A preview of your page will load once you create your page on the JustGiving website. Click “Edit your Page” (top left) to personalize it.
How do I find out who has donated to my page?
Log into your account on the JustGiving platform. Select “Edit” in the top right corner on the active page you’d like to view. Select “See all donations to your page” on the right hand side. For those that have opted in to share their email address with you, you can copy and paste it into an email and thank them personally. You can also view this information as a CSV file in Excel, which is particularly handy if you’ve received lots of donations.
How do I add offline donations?
Log into your account on the JustGiving platform. Click “Edit” on the active page you’d like to add your offline donations to. Click “Edit” again on the right side next to “Raised Offline.” Add your offline donation total and then click “Save.”
How does the Victoria Hospitals Foundation receive the money I raise?
In Canada, donations are sent daily, monthly or quarterly depending on where the organization is based, which payment processing method they use and how they have chosen to be paid. All you have to do is help promote your fundraiser, JustGiving does the rest!
How do I add a live stream to my fundraising page?
Log into your account on the JustGiving platform. Select “Edit” on the fundraising page you’d like to add your live stream to. Under “Edit and personalize your page,” select “Add a live stream to my page.”
How do I connect my page with Strava?
From your main campaign page, scroll down to your story and beside it on the right will be a fitness activity box with the option to either connect to Strava or add your data manually.
