Guest Arrival

This year, guests will enter Visions through the front Veranda of the hotel and into the Tea Lobby.

Arriving by Taxi: Please ask to be dropped off at the front of the hotel on Government Street.

Arriving by Car: Robbins Parking and the Fairmont Empress are kindly sponsoring complimentary day-of valet parking. Please arrive at the front of the hotel off Government Street and let the valet know you are with Visions. Note, complimentary valet is only available until midnight. Late arrivals, overnight stays, and self-parking will be subject to the standard rates.

Staying at the hotel: Please enter the event through the Tea Lobby. The VHF team will greet you at the entrances to the Tea Lobby.
