It’s Time For Surgical Innovation
With the great momentum felt within our community, including during last year’s record-breaking Visions gala, and the drive of our caregivers to do better for our patients, the Foundation is committing its largest investment into RJH and VGH. It’s Time will be a campaign that takes several years and ties in several Visions galas, to shape and catalyze the hospital care all Islanders rely on.
Visions 2024 will support the campaign’s first phase, It’s Time for Surgical Innovation to initialize surgical robotics on the Island, and bring in new, state-of-the-art surgical tools across multiple surgical specialties. It’s Time for Surgical Innovation will redefine the landscape of surgeries offered on Vancouver Island.
Together with our surgeons joining us for an evening of purpose, you can help reinvent local cancer care, foster surgical innovation, and keep advanced care local.
Bringing Your Brand to Life at Visions
We look forward to showcasing your support leading into and during the event. Please ensure you send all of the following deliverables to Rachel Lee (Rachel.Lee2@islandhealth.ca) before October 18th:
- Logo (high res)
- Company recognition name (how you would like to be referred to in speaking notes and in mentions)

Visions Sponsor Welcome Video
As leadership sponsors of this event, we look forward to highlighting your support in the Visions welcome video that will play at the start of the formal program.
The filming will take place on October 18th. Location to be confirmed (in Victoria). Our team will reach out with available timeslots for you to select from.

As a Platinum Sponsor, you have 2 spots to attend the exclusive Sponsorship Brunch & Tour, where you will get a behind-the-scenes look at the impact that this year’s gala will have. Details are below. Please feel free to download and share this invitation with your 2 guests.

Tickets to the Gala
As a Platinum Sponsor you have 10 tickets (1 table) to the event. Please feel free to download and share the attached digital invite with your guests. Once you have your guestlist confirmed, download the below template and fill in all required fields. Email this to Rachel.Lee2@islandhealth.ca by October 18th.

Invitation to Physician’s Reception
Prior to the start of the formal program, there is an exclusive Physician’s Reception beginning at 5PM. As a Platinum Sponsor, you have 2 tickets to attend this Reception.
Please provide the names of your 2 guests who will be attending the Physician’s Reception. There is no physical ticket needed.

You will receive 1 Fairmont Gold hotel rooms for the evening of the gala (November 16-17). Please provide the first and last name for the reservation.

Transportation
Your Platinum sponsorship includes transportation for up to 10 people to and from the gala, courtesy of LA Limos. Please contact rachel.lee2@islandhealth.ca for your booking code.
If any of your other guests would like to book car service, they can receive 20% off with the code 20VHF2024.

Get in our Gift Bags
We will be providing a gift bag for each guest. If you wish to provide a branded item or gift on behalf of your organization to be included in the gift bag, please let Rachel Lee know (rachel.lee2@islandhealth.ca). Note that the number of items required is 620, and they need to be shipped to the following address by October 18th.

Payment Information
You should have already received an invoice for your sponsorship with instructions for payment. If you require this, please contact Rachel at Rachel.Lee2@islandhealth.ca. Payment should be received by October 18th.

Sponsorship Agreement
